Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pickling cucumbers
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 10 sprigs of dill
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Kosher Salt (2/3 Tbsp per cup of liquid)
  • ½ Tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp MSG (optional)
