Put in a jar
Stack ingredients in a jar and try to space out the garlic and dill.

Make the liquid
Bring a pan to medium heat and toast your chili flakes for 10 seconds
Then, pour water, vinegar, salt, sugar and MSG into the pan. Bring that mixture to a boil stirring until all is dissolved.
Chef tip: If you like spicy food consider doubling the chili flakes or adding a jalapeno/serrano

Pour liquid into jars
Careful: This will still be boiling hot so be very careful

Let rest
Let rest until room temperature. Store in your refrigerator for months.
