Tomatillo Salsa Verde

  • 4 tomatillos
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 pablanos
  • 3 jalapenos
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • Large pinch of salt
  • Black pepper

Cut ingredients

  • Cut tomatillos, onions, poblanos, jalapenos, and garlic in half. Remove stems and seeds from poblanos.

Chef tip: Don’t remove the stem from the onion if you’re cooking over an open flame. This will make it easier to handle while cooking
